The End of Summer

Well, summer officially ended for me yesterday. I started back to school this week. Which means:
1. I have to get up early again
2. I am more tired but not too bad
3. I have less time to get things done
4. I don't have as much time with Isabella
5. I cherish my time at home with Isabella mush more

I do really enjoy my job. I am an occupational therapist in the school system. I have great hours (just like a teacher) and I work with a fantastic group of people. I work with children that receive special educational services. They range from preschool to high school/ 21 years of age and from children in a severe/profound class to kids who just need a little extra help because they have a diagnosis like ADD or learning disability. So I have a wide range and variety of students to work with. It definitely keeps things interesting. I travel from school to school so that also helps keep the scenery from getting too boring.

Stephaine started keeping Isabella on Monday too. Isabella loves Ms Stephanie and has really enjoyed staying with her so that makes leaving her much easier. Stephanie also comes to the house which makes things much easier on me. I don't have to get Isabella ready to go anywhere and don't have to leave quite as early. A plus on all sides for us. Stephaine and her husband Justin just bought a house only 3 minutes from us so when they move in she will be even closer.

So, only 188 more days to go which includes my maternity leave. I will have a short year of work which will be nice having 2 little ones.
Adios to the summer!
