Sweet Things

I have to admit that many times during the day I get frustrated or irritated with something Isabella is doing at the time. Today I was able to experience two great things in life.
I was rocking her this afternoon for her nap. She fell asleep in my arms. I just sat there for awhile and watched her sleep in my arms. It was beautiful!! It reminded me that I need to stop and enjoy those moment I have with her right now because she is growing up and isn't always going to want to sit in my lap or fall asleep in my arms.
The other things I was able to enjoy is her laughter. Matt got home late and was reading to her on the couch. He was making funny noises from the book like "ZOOM" and "CRASH". She of course thinks it is hilarious. She giggled and giggled and giggled. I LOVE IT!
Thank you Lord for sleeping children and laughter.
