Preschool Open House

Friday morning before heading to school

Isabella met her preschool teachers yesterday at open house. Her teacher's name is Ms Kim and her assistant is Ms Norma. Matt, Stephanie, and I all went to her open house on Friday morning. We were able to meet a few of her classmates, check out the facility and get all the information we needed to begin the new year.

Isabella will be attending the 2 day twos class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Ebenezer Methodist Church. After meeting a few of the kids from the 3 day class I am glad we decided on the younger class. I think she will fit in well with the kids and hopefully learn a lot this year from her teachers and classmates. We will have to see how the beginning of the year goes and how well she transitions with being left in a new place. Hopefully she explored enough and will be comfortable on her first few days.

The thought of her going to school makes my stomach churn and feel just a little sick and definitely sad that she is growing up. I do know though that she will love it and it will be a great experience for her and us. Off to school we go.
