Isabella attended her first day of preschool at Ebenezer. Matt and I took her to school this morning. She was so cute walking into "skool" carrying her backpack. She knew right where to go and found her classroom easily. She was greeted by her teachers. We took lots of pictures before we left home and at school. After taking pictures at school, we told Isabella to have a great day and we would see her after work (Ms Stephanie picked her up). And we left. Stephanie reported that her teachers said she had a GREAT day! We were so excited and relieved.
Before we left home
I have to say that Matt and I both also did very well. After dropping her off, on my drive back to work, I did get that sinking feeling in my stomach for a few mintues. Our baby isn't a baby anymore and that is becoming more and more real to us. Of course I know it is a good thing but it also makes me sad if I think about it for too long. Therefore, I don't like to think about the fact that she isn't our "baby" anymore and I try to enjoy all the new and fun things that come with her growing up. Like her bringing home papers she colored at school and attempting to get dressed by herself.
Waiting to go in

My precious, precious "little" girl!! Love, Noni!?!
How precious! I had the smae sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach when we dropped Braden off on Thursday for his first day of preschool. I think that every mother must feel that away when they realize their "baby" isn't quite a baby after all!
2 cute, Leslie - I can hardly stand it!!! :)
I'm so glad that Sloane can share in these milestones.
xo~!
