Learning new things

Well, over the weekend Isabella learned a couple of new things. She decided that she should be able to express herself in various manners. I found her at the kitchen table, standing in the chair and drawing on her tummy with a pen. Very artistic! Now I am trying to make sure all the pens are up and out of reach. She is learning to get to places I didn't realize she could get to.

She is also learning how to water the flowers. Most of the time she likes to water the driveway though. So, we are working on that skill. It is pretty cute though when she is carrying her little watering can around the yard whether she is actually accomplishing something or not.

She has also learned that chocolate is a girl's best friend!!!Especially if you can get it all over your face while eating it. She devouwered the brownie at the YoungLife end of the year party over at the Beech's house. She also learned that pool water is very cold this time of year and it is sufficient to just stand on the top step and splach your feet in the water rather than get all the way in.So, hopefully she will enjoy the water this summer. We may try to go the recreation department and take "swimming" lessons in June in the heated pool. I hope all is well with you.
