I got a call from my friend Emily on Friday afternoon around 3:00 while I was still at work. She was on her way home and had 2 flat tires. She was at a gas station and didn't know what to do. She had both of her kids with her and was only a few miles away on the interstate from my office. I made a couple of calls for her and headed to pick her up. Firestone towed her van and we picked up my kiddos and headed to our house for an afternoon of relaxing while her van was fixed. It was nice to catch up and hang out unexpectedly.
