Christmas... We have always tried to really focus on Jesus' birth as the real reason we celebrate Christmas. We have done well with that until this year when the kids really got hooked on Santa. I still don't talk about Santa unless he is brought up by one of them. I certainly don't like to ask, "what is Santa going to bring you?" We give the kids the majority of their presents and "Santa" only brings a few small gifts.
The kids slept in our room on Christmas Eve so we would know when they got up on Christmas morning. I love the looks on their faces when they came around the corner.
Dressed for Sunday morning church to go and celebrate Jesus' birth with our church family. This is the smile we often get from William. Isn't is cute?
