William is 16 months old today.
Happy Valentine's Day too!
He continues to be a lot of fun and lets us know what he wants.
He is transitioning to 1 nap per day. This can be kind of dicey since he does not always sleep as long as he needs to when he takes 1 nap. So, he sometimes needs to take a short 30 minute nap or "rest" in his crib later in the afternoon.
Signs- "more", "milk", "fish", and sometimes "finished". Otherwise he still grunts and points or takes you to whatever he wants which is his preferred communication style at this point.
He is still trying to be a "big" boy and imitates others.
He climbs onto the drawer of the stove and holds onto the handle to try to see the top of the stove.
He loves to play with balls and thinks anything round is a ball.
He is able to squat and play with toys.
His "running" is getting better too.
Still NO teeth! However, he has been drooling like a fountain, had messy diapers, and a low grade fever. So, maybe sometime in the near future? But I could just be fooling myself into thinking that teeth are actually somewhere up in those gums.
We love you little man.
