Update: $199,000 has been raised to cover Sweeney's medical costs. Praise the Lord!! Please pray that some of his pain will be relieved when he starts treatment mid-November.

Mike and his wife Cabell, are friends of ours through YoungLife. Mike has been battling Stage 4 metastatic melanoma and is running out of treatment options. His doctors have given him one more experiemental treatment to try that has about a 50% success rate. However, his insurance will not pay for it and they are having to come up with the money. Please go to his site and read about him. Please also keep Sweeney and Cabell in your prayers in the coming weeks as they rely on God for comfort and peace.
