Its not broken

Isabella came into the kitchen this morning and reached for the dishwasher. Then she reported "Its not broken anymore, Daddy fixed it! Daddy fixed it! Yea, Daddy fixed it." Followed by, jumping up and down with her arms up in the air.

If you know us very well at all, you know I am the handywoman. I actually LIKE to fix things and am the one that does most of the fix it projects around the house.

Our dishwasher handle cracked proably at least a year ago, you had to jiggle it and push real hard for it to open. I think Matt and I were the only ones who could open it. It broke even more this summer so I found a replacement piece online and ordered it. When it came in I took the front panel off then I wasn't sure how to proceed. It had wires attached to it and that is what stumped me. So, we left the panel off so we could still get the dishwasher open until Matt was able to look for it.

And last night, Matt was able to replace it. I am so thankful and pleased with Matt's dishwasher fixing abilities. We don't have to work to get into the dishwasher anymore. Thanks Honey!!!

Well, Sarah, I'm no Zach May - making full bookshelves from scratch! :)
